HIIT HAPPENS

HIIT HAPPENS is a no nonsense HIIT Class. High Intensity Interval Training at its best. Dumbbells required. This class will fly by and leave you ready to attack the day!

SUPER STRENGTH

Super Strength is a CIRCUIT style class. Using different equipment to push your body and mind to the limit. This class will keep your body guessing! Expect the unexpected and expect an AWESOME workout.

CYCLONE

Cyclone is an indoor cycling class like no other. Spin is by FAR my favourite class on the timetable. It’s my passion. It was the first ever class I taught as a fit pro. So it’s got a special place in my heart! Bring a sweat towel and plenty of water…Its about to take off! Expect to climb, sprint, jump and hover your way through the next 30 mins. Its going to fly by! Grab your motivation and leave your worries at the door…its time to ride the CYCLONE!

Triple F

This class will leave no muscle untouched and is guaranteed to leave you feeling AMAZING. A mixture of Cardio, Weights and Core. Be prepared for cheesy tunes and a feel good vibe! Dumbbells required. We're going low weight, high repetition.. think old school aerobics!

STEP-X

A combination of old school step aerobic routines, weighted work and core.

This class will tap into every muscle as well as improving coordination and cognitive skills. 

Low impact. Steps are provided, bring your own weights and mat. If you have your own step there’s no need to book, just message me to let me know you’re coming!

Swim-FIT 

SWIM-FIT is a pool based exercise class. With over 13years experience as a swimming teacher this class is going to be BRILLIANT! Expect lane swimming with a little ENERGEE sprinkle. A full body workout coming at you. It’s not just your boy standard up and down swim session, I’ve got so many fun, innovative ideas using floats and body weight to work every single muscle. 

Swim hats and goggles needed. 

CLASS REQUIREMENTS:- Good swimming ability, 2 full lengths minimum and comfortable in the deep end. 

This isn’t a swimming lesson so basic technique is a must.
